I'm thinking of taking piano lessons. That's been a lifelong dream. I've always wanted to learn how to play the piano but fact: it's pretty expensive and the piano itself is expensive. But since I have extra money to spare, why not right?
I've been thinking of taking a few lessons, actually. First in mind is to learn a new language. Japanese or Korean would be useful. I'd love to learn Mandarin but I've taken Mandarin classes in college before and let me just say that it's not my cup of soup. A friend of mine told me that I should take classes of something I'm interested in. So that's either Japanese or piano.
I checked out a few piano schools in Singapore, and the best in my opinion is Hark Music. It looks legit as fuck, and most importantly - active. The lessons are weekly, 1.5 hours per session and it costs $165 per month. I'd wonder if it's worth it, but then again - what else am I doing with my money? Better spend it on something I like, right?
So once I made up my mind, I'll enroll in a piano class. At Hark Music. Let's see how things go.
